Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Access management – Manage user access, permissions and security settings in Atlassian tools.
  • Configure and administer Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence & X-Ray.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their requirements on Atlassian products such as automations, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, notifications and timely deliver them.
  • Stay current on Atlassian product updates and industry best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Provide end user support for all Atlassian tools.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other applications as in when required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Information Security Team to ensure a safe Atlassian environment.
  • Monitor JIRA performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize JIRA configurations to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Develop new project boards by collaborating with internal teams.


Must have:

  • Candidate must have 2-4 years’ experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence & plug-ins like X-Ray)
  • Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations and plugin installation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Certifications on Atlassian products is an added advantage
