TresVista's services include investment diligence, industry research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics.OverviewThe Secretary will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of the Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) and above on day-to-day activities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManaging national and international travel reservations (flights, visas, hotels, etc.) for SVPs and above (sometimes for other senior team members)Managing calendar day to day functions on the outlook Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minutes are maintainedConducting internet searches and gathering data, analyzing and preparing reports Assisting in ad hoc assignments as assigned by the respective managerArranging for lunch/dinner meetings/ off sites as and when requiredFilling and submitting monthly reimbursements and assisting in tax managementCoordinating and communicating with other departments regularlyGenerating and analyzing team reports on the internal ERP system PrerequisitesExcellent planning and organizing skillsGood time management and multi-tasking skillsGood verbal and written communicationConfidentiality and ReliabilityCommand over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookAttention to detailExperience1 - 8 years EducationAny graduateCompensationThe compensation structure will be as per industry standards
