Greetings from Tata Consultancy ServicesRequired Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: BangaloreYou will be responsible for translating user stories and acceptance criteria into robust test cases using tools such as ATF, Tosca, and other performance testing frameworks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that complex software implementations are functional, reliable, and optimised for performance across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.Minimum 3 years of experience in software test engineering or development within an enterprise environment.At least 1 year of experience testing end-user facing applications.Conceptual understanding of software development practices and procedures.Experience with REST API testing and performance modelling.Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with multiple platforms and integrations.ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.ITIL v3 or v4 certification.Advanced training in agile, product, or software engineering methodologies.
