Responsibilities :- Requirement gathering, Design, develop, and deploy SAP HR & ESS/MSS portal applications using Webdynpro ABAP.- Customize existing applications to meet changing business needs.- Work closely with end-user teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.- Perform unit testing and support integration testing for SAP HR modules.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.- Stay updated with SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a SAP HR Webdynpro Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP modules (HR, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Performance Management etc.,).- Hands-on experience with Webdynpro ABAP development and UI design.- Excellent understanding of SAP HR processes and best practices.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred :- SAP certifications related to HR modules or Webdynpro development.- Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP UI technologies.
