Description : Role : Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 SpecialistAbout BECO : BECO is a revolutionary home care brand dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendliness.Our plant-based, bamboo-based products are highly effective and 100% chemical-free, offering environmentally conscious solutions without compromising on quality.As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we are on a mission to make the world a better place, one home at a time.Role Overview : Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence.In this role, youll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization :- Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.- Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.Techno-Functional Leadership :- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.Process Improvement & Automation :- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.System Integrations :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).- Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.Ownership & Mentorship :- Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.Troubleshooting & Support :- Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.Required Skills & Qualifications : Educational Background :- BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.- Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).Experience :- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.Technical Proficiency :- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).- Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.- Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.Soft Skills :- High Ownership & Hustle : Proactive and accountable, with a get-it-done mindset.- Problem-Solving Aptitude : Able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions.- Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to align multi-disciplinary teams and present insights effectively.What We Offer : - Impactful Work : Shape and optimize technology that underpins a rapidly growing, sustainability-focused brand.- Professional Growth : Opportunities for upskilling, innovation, and leadership within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.- Mission-Driven Culture : Join a team that values eco-conscious living and is committed to driving positive environmental impact (ref:hirist.tech)
