Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance in the designated area.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving area sales targets, preparing Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (PSRs), including tour planning and doctor-product matrix development.


- Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in new product launch strategies and ensuring the sales force is well-prepared and continuously performing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Management:


- Manage existing customers to achieve sales targets and enhance further sales.

Team Leadership:


- Guide and motivate the sales team to be effective and productive.

Stock Monitoring:


- Monitor stock movement from stockists to retailers.


Meetings and Training:


- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.

Feedback Reporting:


- Report customer feedback/complaints to the clinical team through the proper channel.

Activity Reporting:


- Timely reporting of activities through the CRM portal and daily field visit reports to the line manager.

Brand Promotion:


- Carry out brand promotion through promotional inputs as per the prescribing habits of doctors.

Marketing Execution:


- Execute marketing strategies like promotion campaigns, CMEs, and patient experience programs to enhance the brand image.
