Conductmemory & CPU profilingusing tools likedotTrace, dotMemory. Troubleshoot and optimizeSQL queries, execution plans, and stored procedures . Build and scale robustAPIs (REST/SOAP) . Implementunit testing & TDDfor reliable code. Collaborate with DBAs, backend developers, and observability teams to resolve performance bottlenecks. Work withlogs, metrics, and tracesto debug production issues. Participate incode reviewswith a focus on performance & memory usage. Must-Have Skills 6+ years of strong.NET / .NET Core backend developmentexperience. Expertise inperformance profiling & memory management . Hands-on knowledge ofmulti-threading, async programming, concurrency control . StrongSQL troubleshooting & optimizationskills. Experience withAPM tools(DataDog, New Relic, etc.). Solid understanding ofOOP & design patterns . Experience inunit testing & debugging production issues . Nice-to-Have Knowledge ofOpenTelemetry, distributed systems, job engine performance tuning .
