Hands-on knowledge ofmulti-threading, async programming, concurrency control . StrongSQL troubleshooting & optimizationskills. Experience withAPM tools(DataDog, New Relic, etc.). Solid understanding ofOOP & design patterns . Experience inunit testing & debugging production issues . Nice-to-Have Knowledge ofOpenTelemetry, distributed systems, job engine performance tuning .
