With a strong commitment to customer-centricity and strategic partnerships, JIBL successfully delivers unparalleled service and comprehensive insurance solutions to its valued clientele.Job Objective: As a Lead of Corporate Sales at Jio Insurance Broking Limited, you will be responsible for hiring, leading, and managing your team across all functions, including business development, customer service, operations, placement, and claims. Your primary focus will be on revenue maximization and holding complete P&L responsibility for the location, while expertly managing all lines of business.You will play a crucial role in increasing our market footprint by actively acquiring new corporate clients and driving premium and revenue growth. A core part of your responsibility will be establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both corporate clients and insurer partners.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors/Masters (preferred) degreeFellowship of Insurance Institute of India will be beneficialStrong technical knowledge of all lines of business - Property, Marine, Liability, Employee Benefits etc.Good knowledge of market/ business and competitionIn-depth knowledge of insurance products and risk managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesResults-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targetsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales analytics toolsWork ExperienceMinimum 10-12 years experience in General InsuranceCorporate Sales with Insurance Broker orDirect Acquisition with Insurance ManufacturerLast 3 years or more in leadership roleNeeds to know the insurance fraternity (PSU and Private in the geography)
