- Ensure Quality : Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and optimize performance.

- Drive Agile Success : Manage timelines, troubleshoot challenges, and lead continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- 10-15 years in .NET development, with 3+ years in leadership.

- Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, WCF, and SQL Server.

- Proven experience in solution architecture for scalable enterprise systems.

- Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.

- A degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
