Must-Have- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience (Level 2 certified, Level 3 preferred). - Proven experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions for complex business scenarios. - Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices, including sparsity management, dynamic cell access (DCA), versioning, and workflow. - Excellent skills in modular design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, or integration using REST APIs. - Proficiency in Excel and data transformation logic (ETL). - Strong understanding of financial modeling, FP&A, or supply chain planning domains.Good-to-Have- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (a strong advantage). - Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. - Experience integrating Anaplan with SAP, Workday, Oracle, or Snowflake. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities.SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1- Lead and manage the end-to-end Anaplan model development, including design, build, and deployment. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into model designs, and implement scalable Anaplan solutions. - Maintain and optimize existing models by enhancing performance and applying best practices. - Work on data integration between Anaplan and other systems (ERP, BI tools, Data Lakes, etc.). - Drive UAT sessions, training, and documentation for end users. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior model builders. - Act as a subject matter expert in connected planning solutions.
