Job Profile -Transfer Pricing Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)Key Responsibilities 1. Transfer Pricing Documentation PrepareLocal Files ,Master File , andCountry-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) support . Draft TP reports in line withOECD guidelinesand local regulations (e.g., Indian TP rules under Income-tax Act, 1961). Maintain contemporaneous documentation for compliance and tax audits.2. Benchmarking & Economic Analysis Conductcomparability analysesusing databases likeProwess, CapitalIQ, RoyaltyStat, Bloomberg, Orbis . Performindustry research ,functional analysis (FAR) , andeconomic adjustments . Recommend the arm’s-length price using appropriate TP methods (CUP, TNMM, RPM, CPM, PSM).3. Inter-Company Policy Support Assist in creating or updatinginter-company pricing policies . Support global teams in structuring transactions (tangible goods, services, IP, financial transactions).4. Audit & Assessment Support Prepare submissions forTax Authorities , respond to notices, and liaise during TP audits. Assist withAPA (Advance Pricing Agreements)andMAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure) .5. Financial & Data Analysis Work with finance teams to gather data, reconcile financials, and review intercompany transactions. Conductprofitability analysis , margin reviews, and cost allocation validations.6. Business Partnering Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain. Communicate TP implications to management and global stakeholders.Skills Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge ofOECD TP Guidelines , BEPS Action Plans, and local TP laws. Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, and TP databases. Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).Soft Skills Analytical thinking & problem solving Strong communication & drafting ability Attention to detail Stakeholder management Project management skillEducational Background CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
