Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bangalore, MoveInSync optimises daily corporate commutes through innovative, safe, and sustainable mobility solutions across its product suite, MoveInSync ION and WorkInSync.Job Summary: The Strategy Analyst supports the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and generating actionable insights. This role works cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and assist in developing long-term strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities: ●Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarkingto support strategic initiatives. ●Analyzefinancial data, KPIs, and business performance metricsto evaluate opportunities, risks, and improvement areas. ●Assist in developingstrategic plans, business models, and investment casesfor new markets, products, or partnerships. ●Preparepresentations, reports, and dashboardsfor senior leadership and key stakeholders. ●SupportM&A (mergers and acquisitions)analysis, due diligence, and post-integration tracking (if applicable). ●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on key strategic objectives. ●Monitorindustry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologiesthat could impact the company’s strategic direction. ●Help track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed.Qualifications & Requirements: ●Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred). ●Experience:2–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting , Founder Office , Business Analyst ● Project Management Experience ● Experience in Big 4 is a Plus ●Technical Skills: ○Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ○Experience withfinancial modeling, market analysis, and scenario planning . ○Familiarity withSQL, Python, or other data analysis toolsis a plus. ●Soft Skills: ○Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. ○Strong written and verbal communication skills. ○High attention to detail and accuracy. ○Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ●Quality and accuracy of strategic analysis and recommendations. ●Timeliness and clarity of reports and presentations. ●Contribution to successful strategic initiatives and business outcomes. ●Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration effectiveness.
