You’ll collaborate closely with our Singapore HQ on active projects while while supporting R&D for future smart automation platforms — Lukk Vision 1.0 and Lukk Fleet 1.1.Key Responsibilities:AI & Vision DevelopmentDevelop and optimize computer vision and deep learning models for object detection, classification, and inspection.Work with OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to build and deploy custom AI pipelines.Annotate, preprocess, and manage datasets for training and testing.Integrate AI models into robotics platforms through ROS2 and hardware interfaces.Tune lighting and camera parameters for optimal detection accuracy.System Integration & DeploymentDeploy AI/ML models on Jetson, NUC, or industrial PCs for edge inference.Collaborate with hardware, software, and automation engineers to ensure seamless integration.Conduct testing, calibration, and performance validation on real-world setups.Maintain structured documentation for algorithms, data workflows, and performance metrics.R&D & InnovationResearch emerging vision and AI technologies for new industrial applications.Propose enhancements to current vision frameworks and introduce scalable techniques for defect detection and quality control.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with the Singapore team to align modules with client requirements.Participate in weekly technical syncs and provide updates on project progress.Support field engineers remotely during deployments and commissioning.Travelling abroad to client sites to incoperate and establish our platform and active projectsWho we are looking forBachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics.2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI / Computer Vision / Robotics applications.Strong programming skills in Python with experience in OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Knowledge of object detection frameworks (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, etc.).Familiar with ROS/ROS2 and robotic hardware integration.Understanding of camera optics, calibration, and lighting systems.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (₹1,10,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month).5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST), (Sat, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, [WFH option])Annual performance review and growth opportunities.Option to travel internationally for training and project deploymentsExposure to real-world robotics and AI projects across Singapore and Malaysia.Collaboration with an international team spanning software, AI, and robotics domains.Startup culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and hands-on contribution.About Our CultureWe are a young and agile team of engineers and innovators.Every team member is encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and explore new technologies.You will work closely with the management and technical divisions — giving you a direct role in the company’s growth.Join UsIf you are passionate about technology, automation, and business growth, this is your opportunity to be part of a company building the future of robotics in Asia.Apply now and help us build smarter, faster, and more connected industrial systems.
