This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of business processes. - Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Act as the point of contact for customers and clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and customer service. - Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations executives/coordinators. - Drive initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment (for e-commerce/D2C operations).Preferred Candidate Profile:- 7+ years of experience in operations management. - Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or D2C organizations is highly preferred. - Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle escalations professionally. - Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us:- High-impact role with strategic and customer engagement responsibilities. - Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.
