We aspire to elevate brands by seamlessly integrating creativity and data-driven insights, empowering them to make a meaningful impact and inspire positive change on a global scale.We are looking for an Senior Accountant professional: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor project-wise expenses and client billing to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and follow-ups for client payments. Manage payment collection from various client/vendor locations across Delhi NCR as and when required. Ensure accurate salary processing, including preparation, verification of attendance and leave data provided by the HR team, checking, and coordinating timely salary disbursements. Oversee employee reimbursements, including gathering approvals from respective stakeholders/founders and ensuring timely transfers to employees. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors when required. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and records in line with company policies.Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within a marketing/advertising/media agency environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Location:Shahpurjat, Delhi Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays) Working Hours:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
