Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing performance marketing campaign across paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and remarketing.

2. Regular optimization objective SEM campaigns (approx. 2000) maintaining a cost-efficient approach with a target Cost/Conversion and Revenue/Call ratio in profitability bucket.

3. Regular check on search query report of SEM campaigns, excluding irrelevant queries if any.

4. Optimize bids and budget on a regular basis with the objective to achieve that we spend as per the revenue disposition.

5. Regular hygiene checks on Conv. Rate and optimization score. Take corrective measures to improve the KPI metrics.

6. Briefing & follow-up with internal database team for new data cuts for analysis and upload for Audience creation on Facebook/Google Ads.

7. Running and optimizing the seller acquisition campaigns in different paid marketing platforms.

8. Collaborate with the brand team to develop fresh creatives for social media/affiliate campaigns.

9. Enabling Ad copies, ad extensions for new & existing campaigns.

10. Assisting tech team for new tracking tags deployment.

11. Finding new keyword and other opportunities for campaign enabling &expansion.

12. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

13. Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ads.

14. Responsible for P&L (or cost marketing and Customer Acquisitions cost) of Performance marketing campaigns

New Verticals/Adhoc Requirements:

1. Talk to Product managers (new verticals) and coordinate with product team, to understand their marketing requirements.

2. Conduct R&D for any new media brief received from different business verticals

3. Building campaign strategies and creating media plan for further discussion.

4. Briefing affiliate, 3rd party vendors for campaign execution.

Qualification and Experience:

- Undergrad or masters form Tier 1 or 2 engineering Universities.

- Proven track record in building in new revenue channels through marketing initiatives.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in performance Marketing (social media, SEM strategy, web analytics, keyword research, technical audits, mobile marketing, and conversion optimization).

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.

- Experience in SEO, SEM, Email marketing, and social media.

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads Editor.

- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.

- Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of ROI analysis.

- Advance knowledge of excel, CRM & API integration.
