Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and implement original graphics for our social media and online storefronts. Ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and meet the visual communication standards required for competitive e-commerce spaces.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand image and style across all visual elements. Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand guidelines and apply them diligently in all design tasks.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects from concept through completion. Manage timelines and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of graphics.
  • Feedback Integration: Interpret feedback from the marketing team and make adjustments to designs as required. Utilize minimal instructions to maximize output quality and efficiency.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and e-commerce marketing. Regularly incorporate new ideas and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of the graphic content.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital files, including photos, logos, and artwork, ensuring easy access and systematic archiving.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and e-commerce design projects.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred). Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools will be an advantage.
  4. Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of UI/UX design is an added advantage.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
  6. Additional: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media trends, ad creatives, and performance marketing. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and design challenges.
