The ideal candidate will have strong expertise indata visualization, SQL, and system integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS) , with a proven ability to design data-driven insights forC-suite executives . The role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strong business acumen to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence for leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Power BI Development:Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high visual appeal, usability, and alignment with executive-level business needs. Mobile & Web Optimization:Create dashboards optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring seamless access to real-time data for CEOs and senior stakeholders. Data Modelling & Visualization:Develop efficient data models and apply best practices in data visualization for strategic decision-making. Data Integration:Integrate multiple data sources includingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ,AWS , and internal systems to provide consolidated business insights. SQL & ETL Pipelines:Write and optimize SQL queries, manage ETL workflows, and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading for Power BI. Data Quality & Validation:Maintain data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and performance monitoring. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Leadership & Mentoring:Take ownership of deliverables, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior developers to ensure project success. Performance Monitoring:Continuously improve dashboard performance, responsiveness, and usability. Communication:Present reports, findings, and visual analytics clearly to senior management and business users. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science ,Information Technology , or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience inPower BI DevelopmentandData Analytics . Expertise inPower BI ,DAX ,Power Query , andData Modelling . Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation. Experience integratingMicrosoft Dynamics 365andAWSdata sources. Knowledge ofETL processes ,data pipeline design , anddata governancebest practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Certification such asPL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst)preferred.
