The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Performfunctional, regression, integration, and system testingof supply chain finance applications. Execute manual test cases, document test results, and ensure traceability of requirements. Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality across all stages of development. Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable feedback from a testing perspective. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices. SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and assist with test environment setup and data preparation.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experiencein manual testing, preferably within theSupply Chain Finance domain. Strong understanding ofsupply chain finance processes, including invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management. Hands-on experience withtest management tools(e.g., TestRail, HP ALM). Proficiency inbug tracking tools(e.g., JIRA). Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in acollaborative, team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications: Exposure toautomation toolssuch as Selenium or Postman is an advantage. ISTQB or equivalent certificationpreferred. Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments
