Data Streaming Engineer (Kafka Confluent & Flink) Experience: 4+ Years Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Locations: Bhopal (Habib Ganj), Pune (Balewadi), Navi Mumbai, Jaipur (Jhalana Doongri), Bengaluru (whitefield) Full Time: Up to 21 LPA Shift Timing: Regular Shift Long Term (1 year) BGV: Mandatory Availability: Immediate Joiner or can join in 15 days ONLYAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Streaming Engineer with strong expertise in Kafka Confluent and Apache Flink to join our team.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing real-time data streaming pipelines for large-scale systems.Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain real-time data streaming applications using Kafka Confluent and Apache Flink. · Implement end-to-end streaming architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency. · Manage Kafka clusters, topics, partitions, and connectors. · Optimize streaming jobs for performance, fault-tolerance, and throughput. · Integrate streaming pipelines with downstream systems (data lakes, warehouses, microservices). · Monitor and troubleshoot streaming workflows, ensuring high availability. · Collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust streaming solutions.Required Skills & Experience · 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data streaming roles. · Strong expertise in Kafka Confluent Platform, including Connect, Schema Registry, and KSQL. · Proven experience with Apache Flink (batch & stream processing). · Solid knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and real-time processing. · Strong experience in building and scaling streaming ETL pipelines. · Proficiency in Java/Scala/Python for writing Flink jobs. · Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. · Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.Nice to Have · Exposure to other messaging systems (Pulsar, RabbitMQ, AWS MSK, etc.). · Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or other cloud data warehouses. · Knowledge of microservices and API integrations.
