Description : Role : .NET Full Stack Developer (7 - 8 Years Experience)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable web applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in both backend and frontend development, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms, agile methodologies, and modern development practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, RESTful APIs, MVC, Razor Views, and SQL Server.- Develop rich, responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Kendo UI (Telerik) with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience.- Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex UI/UX issues to ensure a seamless user experience.- Work with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others to build and deploy scalable cloud-native applications.- Write and maintain robust unit tests using xUnit to ensure high code quality, maintainability, and reliability.- Lead and participate in code migration, legacy system modernization, and upgrades to newer technologies and frameworks.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and progress tracking using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.- Follow CI/CD best practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills across the full stack.Required Skills & Experience : - 78 years of professional experience in full stack development using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kendo UI (Telerik) and modern frontend development.- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, REST APIs, MVC architecture, and Razor Views.- Solid experience in SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance tuning.- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.- Proficiency in unit testing using xUnit or equivalent frameworks.- Experience with code migration and modernizing legacy systems.- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and associated tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
