MBA - Fresher (IT)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team. The role involves leveraging analytical models and data-driven strategies to optimize online marketing campaigns and drive business growth. As a part of our IT and Marketing team, you will collaborate with data scientists, digital marketers, and software developers to implement and enhance marketing performance models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and use model-based analysis techniques to evaluate marketing strategies and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design data-driven models for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Automate reporting processes using tools such as Excel, GDrive etc.
• Create predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast marketing performance.
• Work with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of marketing models into the company's platforms.
• Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, GDrive or any other related platforms etc .
• Understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts.
• Exposure to marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with online marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing is advantageous.
