Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SEM and overall digital marketing management. The intern will work closely with the digital marketing team to support various online campaigns.


Responsibilities


Monitor Online Presence:

·   Track mentions of the brand across various online platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and blogs.

·   Engage with customers by responding to both positive and negative reviews to maintain an up-to-date view of the company's online reputation.


Track and Report Feedback:

·        Compile and share regular campaign reports with the stakeholders highlighting trends and areas for improvement.


Engage with Online Communities:

·        Participate in relevant online communities, forums, and social media groups, answering questions and providing helpful information to build brand credibility.

 

Monitor Competitors:

·   Observe competitors' online reputation strategies and feedback to help develop best practices and identify potential competitive advantages.

 

Support Campaigns and Promotions:

Assist in various SEM campaigns for lead generation, run contests or promotions aimed at improving customer perceptions and increasing positive engagement across online platforms.

 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to SEM/ SEO campaigns and client communication.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and reports related to reputation management activities.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
