Proven experience in leading complex implementations from start to finish. Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and financial consolidation. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to write clear, concise technical and business documents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to mentor and coach others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and make decisions that align with client and business objectives. Experience in integration with other ERPs ( SAP S/4 Hana). Understanding of report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT. Managing Financial reporting and compliance. Experience in Financial consolidation and group reporting.
