Role DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiasticJunior Java Developerto join our engineering team in a full-time, on-site role at ourSunnyvale, CA office. In this role, you will be actively involved in the design, development, and deployment of software applications. You will collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhance existing applications, and contribute to building robust microservices-based architectures. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks and industry best practices while working in a supportive and growth-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test, and debug Java applications Develop and maintain microservices using theSpring Framework Collaborate with team members to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions Assist in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments QualificationsStrong proficiency inJavaand core object-oriented programming concepts Hands-on experience with theSpring FrameworkandMicroservices architecture Understanding ofRESTful APIs, software design principles, and design patterns Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Familiarity withdatabases(SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate Exposure tocloud platformssuch as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience withGitor other version control systems Basic knowledge ofAgile methodologiesandCI/CD pipelines Internship or project experience inJava development
