Tieke is an education firm focused on nurturing students' character, through a year-long school program. We combine human insights with AI to positively impact students, teachers, and parents.

We are seeking a full-scale Graphic Designer who can take ownership of Tieke's creative design needs across marketing, program content, and brand communication. The role demands versatility, strong design skills, and the ability to multitask across diverse projects — from digital campaigns to classroom materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and communication material for social media, campaigns, newsletters, and websites.
  • Develop creative content for students, teachers, and parents (presentations, classroom resources, event branding).
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with program and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Experiment with new formats including motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability through visuals.
  • Ability to adapt design style for different audiences (students, parents, educators).
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with agility and ownership.
