Role & Responsibilities :

Lead Engagement before closure :


- Build a relation with the end customer to help establish trust.


- Hand hold clients, and help create value by understanding their route to market and shape their RTM strategies for the next decade

- Lead engagements and activities to understand the client eco-system and requirements better.


- Be the bridge between the client and the Internal team, Maintain and expand client relationships.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation :


- Understand, analyze and gather client requirements. Prepare RFI, RFP and BRD's.

- Pitch Deck : Conceptualize & craft sales decks according to the client requirements.

- Product Demos : Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client's business requirements.

- Cross-Functional Communication : works closely with the product team, forwarding requests, feedback on the experience and tweaks to existing features.

Requirements :

- Pre-sales experience preferred.

- Consulting background and experience needed.

- CPG experience and RTM strategy exposure (Preferred).

- An impeccable set of communication skills.

- Looking for someone with a consultative approach.

- Problem solving and strategic thinker.
