- As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
- You will lead a team of recruiters, manage recruitment processes, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute the recruitment strategy to attract high-quality talent in line with the organization's goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and set recruitment priorities.
- Create innovative and effective recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Stay informed on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to keep the organization competitive in talent attraction.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, even for positions that may not currently be open.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve hiring goals.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the recruitment team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and success in meeting hiring demands.
- Regularly review team performance, share best practices, and implement process improvements to enhance the team's efficiency.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely feedback.
- Promote the company's employer brand and ensure the company is perceived as an employer of choice by both active and passive candidates.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, and analyze them to continually improve recruitment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, showcasing recruitment performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Utilize data to provide insights into the effectiveness of different sourcing methods, campaigns, and hiring practices.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and promoting an inclusive hiring approach.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement strategies for improving diversity across various teams and departments.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other third-party vendors.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with external partners.
- Ensure external partners are aligned with the company's recruitment standards, timelines, and quality expectations
