Description :Role : Business AnalystLocation : Pune & Coimbatore (Hybrid)Experience : 6+ YearsDomain : Property & Casualty (Insurance) MandatoryRoles & Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.- Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams.- Support projects throughout their full lifecyclefrom discovery through delivery.- Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.- Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.- Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.Qualifications :- Experience : Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.- Documentation Skills : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.- Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.- Methodologies : Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.- Tools : Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart).- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.- Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required) (ref:hirist.tech)
