Senior Mobile DeveloperLocation:Bangalore (initially will have to work from our Kochi Office, as Bangalore office is yet to open)Role Overview The Senior Mobile Developer will play a key role in building and enhancing high-performance mobile applications usingFlutterwithin amicro-app / super-app architecture . The role involves close collaboration with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver feature-rich, secure, and scalable digital investment and trading experiences.Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain core mobile modules usingFlutterwithin a modular, multi-journey framework. Integrate APIs and backend services for trading, mutual funds, research, and financial transactions. Collaborate with theMobile ArchitectandDevOpsteams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing. Ensure responsive design, smooth performance, and low-latency user interactions across iOS and Android platforms. Work withUX/UI Designersto bring wireframes and prototypes to life with precision and accessibility. Implement analytics, push notifications, in-app chat, and personalization components. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, optimize rendering, and ensure compliance with security standards. Contribute to technical documentation, reusable component libraries, and design system integration. Technical Skills Mandatory:Flutter, REST/GraphQL APIs, modular mobile development. Preferred:Kotlin/Swift, Firebase, GetX/Bloc/Provider state management, Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and Firebase Analytics. Experience integratingOAuth2/JWT authentication ,push notifications ,deep links , andsecure local storage . Familiarity with app release processes (Play Store, App Store) and deployment automation. Experience 6–10 yearsof total software development experience, with3–5 yearsin Flutter-based mobile app development. Strong portfolio of live apps demonstrating modular architecture and design quality. Experience working infintech, trading, or high-transactionenvironments preferred.Junior Mobile DeveloperLocation:Bangalore (initially will have to work from our Kochi Office, as Bangalore office is yet to open)Role Overview The Junior Mobile Developer will contribute to the development and enhancement of modern mobile applications built onFlutterwithin a modular Super-App environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to app design, coding standards, integrations, and performance tuning under the mentorship of senior developers and architects.Key Responsibilities Develop UI components, screens, and micro-modules inFlutterfollowing established design and coding standards. Assist in integrating backend APIs, authentication services, and third-party SDKs. Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization activities. Work closely with theSenior Mobile DeveloperandUX Designerto ensure smooth, user-friendly experiences. Contribute to reusable components, style guides, and modular app design practices. Support release activities, QA testing, and issue resolution across Android and iOS environments. Stay up to date with Flutter best practices, libraries, and version upgrades. Technical Skills Mandatory:Flutter, REST APIs, Git. Good to Have:Firebase, GraphQL, Bloc/Provider state management, OAuth2/JWT, and analytics integration. Understanding ofapp lifecycle ,navigation patterns , andresponsive designprinciples. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, app packaging, and deployment pipelines.Experience 2–4 yearsof experience in mobile app development using Flutter. Exposure to modular or multi-journey app development is an advantage. Prior experience infinancial services ,e-commerce , ortech startupspreferred.
