Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Framework Developer with strong coding and automation expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and integration test suites for Android Automotive Infotainment Systems. The role requires strong programming skills, in-depth knowledge of Android internals, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Android Test Frameworks for Infotainment (IVI) systems with a focus on API testing.

- Develop and automate integration test plans and test cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and strategies.

- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues spanning hardware and software boundaries.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in test framework development and automation for Android-based infotainment systems.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on C++ development experience with exposure to Android HAL.

- Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python.

- At least 1 year of Android application development experience.

- Strong understanding of Android Automotive System and Android Framework.

- Solid knowledge of Android components: Services, Activities, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers.

- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and RTOS concepts.

- Familiarity with hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and project management tools (JIRA).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
