About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Business Development Manager (HRBD) to join our expanding team in Mozambique, Southern Africa. This role requires a unique blend of Human Resource expertise (40%) and strong Business Development skills (60%). The ideal candidate will have experience pitching HR solutions and managing client relationships, ideally within the Edtech, Tourism, or Visa consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (40%):
- Understand and communicate HR services to clients effectively.
- Assist in planning, recruiting, and deploying human capital as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal HR teams to ensure efficient talent placement and compliance.
- Stay up to date with international visa processes and documentation.
Business Development (60%):
- Pitch and promote the company's HR services to potential clients across Southern Africa.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Travel frequently across Southern Africa for client meetings (company-sponsored).
- Represent the company at business and networking events as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be an Indian citizen with a valid passport (minimum 1.5 years validity).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in both HR and Business Development.
- Prior experience in Edtech, Tourism, or industries related to visa and international staffing is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Mozambique and travel across Southern Africa regularly.
