ML Ops Engineer

Locations : Chennai , Coimbatore, Mumbai, Hyderabad

Experience :


- 5+ years of overall experience in software development or data engineering.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in MLOps, building and scaling machine learning solutions.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

What We're Looking For :

Programming and Development Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar programming languages.

- Strong scripting abilities to automate tasks and streamline workflows.

MLOps Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with end-to-end architecture implementation for ML projects, including deployment and monitoring of ML models in production.

- Proficiency in using MLOps tools and platforms, including :


1. Linux/Windows command line

2. Version control tools like GitHub or GitLab

3. Containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)

4. Serverless functions and DevOps tools for pipeline automation (CI/CD)

Data Engineering Skills :

- Deep knowledge of data storage technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and cloud databases such as GCP BigQuery or AWS DynamoDB.

- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Python, Spark, or GCP DataFlow.

Machine Learning Knowledge :

- Hands-on experience with leading ML libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Spark MLlib.

- A solid understanding of ML lifecycle management and scalable ML model deployment.

Cloud Computing & Certifications :

- Experience in deploying solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).

- Certifications in cloud platforms are a bonus (e., GCP Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- A keen interest in exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of ML systems in production environments.

- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.

- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Research and implement emerging technologies in AI, Blockchain, IoT, VR/AR, and Robotics.

- Experiment with and integrate new tools and methodologies to improve MLOps workflows.
