Role Description

This is a part-time freelance role for a Manhattan Proactive Trainer at Learn N Grow Academy. The Proactive Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies. Additionally, the trainer will assist in developing and implementing new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering corporate tarinings
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments
  • Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Experience in the educational sector is a plus
