As a fast-growing D2C brand based in Ahmedabad, we are scaling across Meta, Amazon, and Contlo CRM to enhance customer retention and sales.Role: Digital Growth & Retention Specialist We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who loves retention, automation, and marketplace optimization. You’ll combine creative storytelling with analytical precision to help thousands of women discover and engage with Ytaminz daily.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage Contlo CRM – build automations, flows, A/B tests, and reportsRun and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, keyword research, ACoS tracking)Coordinate with Meta Ads agency – monitor ROAS, troubleshoot tracking, and share insightsBuild dashboards in Google Sheets / Looker Studio for Contlo, Amazon, and Meta performanceCollaborate with the creative team for campaign visuals and A+ contentAnalyze campaign performance and recommend weekly optimization actionsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Contlo / CRM / Amazon Ads / Meta Ads)Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsUnderstanding of Shopify, GA4, GTM, and Meta PixelDetail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple channelsPerks & GrowthSalary up to ₹4.2 LPA (based on experience)Work directly with the founder team and cross-functional creative teamsLearn advanced CRM & performance-marketing tools in a fast-growing D2C environment📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) 💼 Type: Full-time 🧠 Shortlisted candidates will take a 60-minute supervised assessment covering SEO, Ads, and Retention.📩 Apply via LinkedIn or email kirpal.singh@ytaminzfashion.com with subject line “Application – Digital Growth & Retention Specialist”.
