Roles & Responsibilities :

Location : Remote/Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience Level : Mid Senior Level

This is an opportunity to own and lead QA efforts in a fast-growing global mental health and wellness company. As a QA Tester, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we release high-quality, bug-free products. This role will involve creating and executing test plans, writing detailed bug reports, and monitoring product behavior across :

- Help release bug-free, high-quality products, and projects.

- Collaborate with PMs, Developers, Content Designers to create test scenarios and test cases.

- Conduct internal and external user testing before releases.

- Monitor and track user-reported issues and coordinate resolution efforts.

- Document QA testing processes and maintain test artifacts.

- Perform post-release quality monitoring.

- Validate all UI elements (links, videos, images, layouts) across web and mobile platforms.

- Ensure functionality and design accuracy of CMS templates and digital components.

- Apply strong grammar and language skills to correct minor errors and maintain consistency.

- Tag and label user data for model testing, in collaboration with the AI team.

- Adhere to Wysa's security, privacy, and compliance protocols.

- Drive continuous QA process improvements and adopt best practices.

- Contribute to product security and privacy :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience in manual QA testing or similar roles.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and process improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong attention to detail to identify and isolate bugs.

- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and trace issues to their root cause.

- Clear and effective communication skills for precise bug reporting and team Skills :

- Prior experience with functional and UI testing.

- Ability to write comprehensive test cases and identify edge scenarios.

- Understanding of mobile and desktop environments and platform-specific behaviors.

- Previous exposure to testing processes and methodologies.

Salary : 6 to 11 LPA
