Job Title: AI Research & Product Quality Intern Company:Mindtickle Location:PuneOverview At Mindtickle, we are developing innovative AI solutions designed to transform the way people sell. We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic AI Quality & UX Research Intern to gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge AI features. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond a typical internship and play a key role in the development of a world-class product. In this role, you will be integral to testing our AI-powered role-play features , serving as the essential human element in our human-AI conversational models. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day will involve: Actively engage in a variety of AI-driven role-play scenarios, including mock sales calls and team meetings, to evaluate the technology's performance in real-world situations. Serve as the "Voice of the User" by identifying functional strengths, weaknesses, and areas where the AI interaction can be improved for a more human-like feel. Collaborate directly with our Product Managers and Engineers, sharing your findings and insights to help shape the future of our product. Systematically document user experiences, report bugs, and highlight moments of exceptional AI performance. What's in it for YOU? Who are we looking for? We are seeking candidates with the right attitude and a forward-thinking mindset. A perfect fit for our team is someone who demonstrates: A deep curiosity and a passion for figuring out how things work. Excellent listening skills and the ability to explain things clearly. The patience required to perform iterative scenario testing to uncover the root of a problem. A strong command of English and/or other languages. Ideally,we are looking for Engineering graduates who are pursuing or have completed their MBA . We feel this mix of technical logic and business thinking is a powerful combination for this role. However, this is not a strict requirement. If you are a sharp, curious student or recent graduate from any field with a genuine passion for technology, we absolutely want to hear from you.
