This might be your opportunity if you strive to be the best and build with the best.EXPERIENCE● Must have prior experience running Google Ads● Must have spent at least USD $100,000+ in ad spend on google ads in last 12 months● Must have experience working with DTC brands● Must have a strong understanding of data and analytics● Experience with Google Analytics● Experience using Google Tag Manager● Experience with Google Merchant Center● Knowledgeable about how to set up conversions on google ads account● Understand google ads account policies and Google Merchant Center policiesYour responsibility will include (but is not limited to):● Set up, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns and budgets using Google Ads.● Collaborate with copywriters and designers to improve performance for our clients.● Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of the campaigns, including A/B testing for creatives to optimize for engagement/conversions.● Review new content submissions (landing page copy, video edits, etc.) and provide feedback if changes need to be made before testing.● Send templated reports to clients about weekly and monthly results.● Keep up to date with the latest from our industry.Working with us:● Flexible work schedule – this isn't your typical 9-5.● Remote work – no need to step into an office.● The selected candidates will work under senior media buyers and client success managers for the initial 2-3 weeks, which will serve as a probation period.● Bonuses – earn more as you deliver on your KPIs.● TONS of room for growth – The sky's the limit There is unlimited room for growth for the right candidates.● Opportunities for advancement within the company.ADDITIONAL RELEVANT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (will not be a responsibility but helpful to know)● Facebook/Snapchat/TikTok/Pineterst Ads● Email Marketing / SMS Marketing Experience● Graphic Design/Video background● E-commerce Management Experience● DropshippingCOMPENSATION- Starts at 70,000 - 95,000+ INR per month (Plus KPI based Bonus Every month) - Our top media buyers receive a compensation of 5 LAKH INR per month.This Position Is Perfect For You If...● You're Obsessive About Getting Great Results● You're Constantly Curious About All Things Marketing● You're Analytically CreativeNOTE: This is a remote position.
