Job Scope:

  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies for diverse talent segments across assigned geographies.
  • Program manage digitization initiatives for Infosys Compensation and Benefits (C&B) globally, collaborating with both internal IT teams and external C&B products.
  • Serve as a strategic rewards partner to various business areas, driving informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the secure implementation of rewards practices and principles, balancing global compliance and local relevance.
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • MBA in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring grid creation and deputation
  • Child education reimbursement grid management
  • Early career rewards design
  • Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Benefits Administration:

  • End-to-end management of medical insurance, life insurance, meal vouchers, transport allowance, pension, risk benefits, car lease, bike lease, and other benefits
  • Annual benefits renewal

Rebadging/Mergers and Acquisitions:

  • Benefit setup and matching
  • Bridge benefits establishment
  • Benefits enrollment

New Country Penetration:

  • Hiring grid creation and deputation
  • Benefit setup

Policies:

  • Compensation policy creation and revision across Europe
  • External stakeholder management
  • Benefits broker and service provider management

Internal Stakeholder Management:

  • Geo HR management
  • Collaboration with other internal C&B teams
  • Communication with other teams like Data Privacy, Finance, Legal, etc.
