Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Infor WFM solutions , along with strong technical skills in Java, SQL, XML, and Web Services . This role requires a deep understanding of workforce management processes and the ability to work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Infor WFM solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and integrate workflows, reports, and interfaces using Java, SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Infor WFM applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom scripts, extensions, and automation tools to enhance Infor WFM capabilities.
  • Work with Infor ION and other middleware solutions for seamless data integration.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Infor WFM product updates and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Infor WFM technical implementation and support.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP) .
  • Strong knowledge of Infor WFM modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Labor Forecasting.
  • Experience in Infor ION and integration methodologies .
  • Hands-on experience with Infor WFM Configuration Console, Rules Engine, and Workflows .
  • Ability to develop custom reports using Infor WFM Reporting Tools .
  • Experience in middleware integration and third-party system connections .
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Infor CloudSuite WFM .
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Birst, Power BI, or similar) for workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments .

Infor WFM certification is a plus.
