Oracle Fusion Functional

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Configure Oracle Fusion applications (Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc.) as per client needs.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and post-implementation support.

- Prepare functional design documents and work closely with technical teams.

- Assist in data migration, validation, and integration testing.

- Provide production support and resolve functional issues efficiently.

- Ensure proper documentation of business process flows and system configurations.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion applications.

- Strong domain knowledge in Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and/or SCM (PO, INV, OM, Procurement).

- Proven experience in at least 12 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

- Expertise in preparing MD50/BR100 and working closely with technical teams.

- Good understanding of reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant who can develop, customize, and support Oracle Fusion applications. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture and experience with various development tools and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop technical solutions, reports, and integrations using Fusion tools.

- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, FBDI, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Build and maintain data conversions, extensions, and custom objects.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specs.

- Support data migration, validation, and custom application development.

- Perform impact analysis and recommend best practices for customizations and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot issues in development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Applications Technical (Fusion and/or EBS).

- Proficient in Oracle Fusion tools BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SQL/PLSQL.

- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and database structure.

- Experience in integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of data migration and security frameworks.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with functional/business users.
