The roles and responsibilities:


  • The candidate should be good at reviewing and selecting high-quality text and video content that fits guidelines and content strategy.


  • The candidate will be using relevant tools to find and flag both good and bad content (especially videos) to ensure a smooth user experience.


  • The candidate will be addressing user and internal queries quickly and professionally through written and verbal communication.


  • This person will be working closely with editorial team and R&D teams to give feedback and improve content quality.


  • The candidate will be involved in Process Improvement like Identifying and suggesting ways to improve tools and methods for sourcing and identifying content.


  • Use data to identify what’s working and not working and be able to report effectively to stakeholders


  • Maintaining a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals and assisting in day-to-day content-related tasks.


  • The candidate should keep track of workplace and industry-related conversations (especially in the tech, finance, retail, and marketing sectors) on and off-platform to curate relevant and topical text and video content for members aligned to the needs of the assigned market/country
