Firewall Policy Management: Performfirewall policy and rule changes(e.g., server access, port openings). Backup Management: Maintaindaily, weekly, and monthly backupsof all devices. L1 Support Operations: Raisesupport ticketsandChange Request Forms (CRFs) . Implement validatedCRF rule changesunder supervision. Incident Management: Monitor and manage incidents related to: Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Endpoint EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) Email Securitywith sandbox solutions Device Onboarding: Onboardnew devices and machinesonto theEndpoint Protection Platform . Operational Support: Performdaily operational tasks ,solution health checks , andendpoint deployment coordination .
