Summary :


As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Your typical day will involve working with Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing and Oracle Financials Cloud to provide dynamic support to the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing and Oracle Financials Cloud, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing and Oracle Financials Cloud, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must To Have Skills : Strong experience in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing.

Good To Have Skills :

- Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.

- Solid understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
