With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedHashiCorp Vault Engineerto join our DevSecOps team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Vault for secure secret management and encryption services in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintainHashiCorp Vaultinfrastructure in production and non production environments. ImplementVault Enterprise featuressuch as namespaces, replication, and performance tuning. Develop and maintainpolicies, roles, and access controlsusing Vault ACLs and Sentinel. Integrate Vault withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)andCI/CD pipelines . Automate Vault operations usingÂTerraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools . Monitor Vault performance and ensureÂhigh availability and disaster recovery . Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure secret management practices. Conduct regularsecurity audits, upgrades, and patching  of Vault clusters. Providetechnical leadership and mentoringto junior engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience withHashiCorp Vaultin enterprise environments. Strong understanding ofPKI, encryption, tokenization, and authentication mechanisms . Proficiency inÂTerraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools . Experience withKubernetes ,Docker , andcloud native architectures . Familiarity withCI/CD toolslike Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Strong scripting skills inPython, Bash, or Go . Experience withmonitoring tools(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate or higher. Experience withVault Enterprisefeatures.
