Guided by the motto “Preserving the Past, Pioneering the Future,” we are committed to academic excellence and holistic development.Role OverviewThe Front Desk Executive serves as the face and voice of Sarthi Global School—responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for parents, visitors, and staff. This role requires excellent communication, a polished demeanor, and strong organizational skills to manage daily administrative and front office operations smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist parents, visitors, and students courteously at the reception area.Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries—providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate departments.Maintain records of daily visitors and coordinate appointments for the School Director or Centre Head.Support the admissions and counselling process by providing initial information to prospective parents and scheduling follow-ups.Manage student attendance records, circular dispatches, and administrative correspondence.Assist in coordinating school events, parent interactions, and communication logistics.Ensure the front office and reception area are always clean, organized, and presentable.Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth daily school operations.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent spoken and written English with a pleasant, confident personality.Prior experience (1–3 years) in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in a school or educational setup.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools (email, WhatsApp for Business, CRM, etc.).Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed with a positive attitude.Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.Why Join UsAt Sarthi Global School, you’ll be part of a passionate, professional team dedicated to creating an enriching environment for young learners.
