We are seeking a seasoned ITGC Control Design and Testing Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead and manage the design, implementation, and testing of IT general controls across critical systems and environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITGC frameworks, SOX compliance, audit practices, and risk management. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure controls are well-designed, effectively implemented, and operating as intended.

Job Description:

- Relevent 6+ years of experience in ITGC, IT audit, IT compliance, or IT risk management.

- Fundamentals of ITGC testing in a given application.

- In-depth understanding of SOC2

- Some understanding on Risk

- Sox controls, Implementation of SOX controls

- Experience in Data integrity controls.

- Control Design and Implementation

- Control Testing and Monitoring

- Audit & Compliance Support

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Reporting and Documentation

- Strong understanding of SOX 404, IT risk frameworks, and general IT controls.

- Experience working in or with Big 4 audit firms is a plus.

- Experience leading ITGC testing engagements and managing teams.
