- Manage a team that has legacy, as well as managing different teams offering different platforms within the organization
- Manage internal systems ERPs, in order to maintain a total internal digital environment
- Must build a scalable tech product that can keep renovating itself adapting new technology every 2 yrs
- Interacting with various departments to fulfill their requirements and ensuring no delays or disputes or blame games because of lack of technology or internal digital systems.
Requirements:
- Over 15 years in technology-related roles, including significant tenure in senior leadership positions.
- 5-10 years in executive technology management roles, such as VP of Engineering, Head of Technology, or Senior Product Development Leader.
Industry Expertise and Regulatory Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the company's industry or related fields, providing valuable insights into challenges, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficient in navigating regulatory environments, particularly in industries with stringent compliance standards.
Strategic Technology Leadership:
- Proven ability to craft and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies to create competitive, market-ready solutions.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Successful track record in leading programming teams to develop and launch impactful products from concept to market delivery.
- Comprehensive experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to market release and ongoing support.
Cross-Functional Team Management:
- Skilled in leading diverse teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and project alignment with organizational goals.
- Adept at communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences, fostering understanding among stakeholders, executives, partners, and clients.
