This combination will provide you with a truly differentiated experience.If this excites you, we encourage you to apply below.Responsibilities:Medical Communications:Review content for various medical materials, such as brochures, slide decks, newsletters, infographics, etc., ensuring 100% quality and adherence to agreed timelines.Make decisions regarding the presentation of information, content structure, flow, and inclusion of relevant data, while enhancing the visual appeal of the documents. Familiarity with AMA style, language, grammar, stylization, and referencing is essential.Leverage scientific databases such as PubMed, Embase, etc., for literature searches and retrieving relevant publications/data.Experience in drafting standard response documents and medical information letters is advantageous.Project Leadership and Client Engagement:Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring optimum project health by collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.Lead client calls to understand requirements, advise on best practices for content presentation and flow, provide project updates, and address client queries.Team Leadership and Mentorship:Mentor and lead a team of medical writers, providing guidance and training.Uphold best practices in the department related to processes, internal/external communication, project management, and documentation.Compliance and Quality Management:Ensure compliance with quality standards, confidentiality, and security.Adhere to quality systems, processes, and policies, and comply with training and specifications.Professional Development:Participate in training programs and work on assignments as required.Attend client calls as needed for project requirements.Minimum Qualifications:Education: M.Pharm, Pharm.D, PhD, BDS, MDS, MBBS and MDExperience: 6-9 years of experience in medical communication or the pharmaceutical industry.2-3 years of experience in leading/managing key parts of a portfolio or business process.Proven experience in leading teams, including relationship-building, setting expectations, holding others accountable, and providing technical coaching.Skills: Strong scientific communication skills, with extensive experience in writing, reviewing, and publishing scientific materials.Ability to critically appraise scientific literature and raw data.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to various audiences.Desired Experience:Demonstrated experience in publishing articles, congress deliverables, post-hoc articles, meta-analyses, network meta-analyses, case reports, slide decks, MSL decks, and hands-on experience in writing network meta-analyses and meta-analyses.Equal Opportunity Employer:Indegene is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.
