We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join our client's technology services team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement as a Servant Leader to Agile development teams.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to define and refine backlog items.
- Remove impediments and drive team focus towards sprint goals.
- Ensure Agile best practices and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) are effectively implemented.
- Promote self-organization and ownership within the development team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Use Agile metrics to drive team performance improvements.
- Support in Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices and principles.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in complex software projects.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent).
- Background in Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies.
